Marketing and social media internships in Estonia

The Business Development & Marketing Intern will support market research, prospective client identification, partnership research, lead management and marketing activities. This opportunity is suited to someone who wants practical experience in how an early-stage consultancy develops its market presence, builds a business pipeline and communicates its services to potential clients. Location: Estonia-based, with remote work possible Working arrangement: Part-time, subject to agreement Duration: Three months, subject to agreement Start date: To be agreed Key responsibilities 1. Business development and market research - Research potential business clients in selected European markets. - Identify organisations that may benefit from Renaiselan's consulting and technology-enabled services. - Build and maintain organised prospect lists. - Research potential business partners and relevant industry opportunities. - Prepare short research briefs on prospects, industries and potential opportunities. 2. Lead and CRM management -Maintain accurate prospect and partnership records. -Track outreach, follow-ups and responses. -Keep lead information organised and up to date. -Prepare weekly pipeline updates and highlight promising opportunities. 3. Marketing and content support -Assist with LinkedIn content planning and company visibility. -Research industry topics and relevant business developments. -Draft content ideas, short posts and basic marketing materials. -Help maintain consistency across Renaiselan's communications. -Monitor engagement and report useful observations. 4. Reporting and coordination -Provide regular updates on completed work, planned activities and blockers. -Meet agreed deadlines and maintain professional records. -Coordinate with the founder on priorities and content approval. -Suggest practical improvements to research, outreach and marketing processes.
